Eleven children are safe after a horrifying 14 minutes on a runaway school bus in Minnesota. The driver had a medical emergency and couldn't drive. The bus swerved along roads and even drove through a ditch. Elaine Quijano reports on what the police had to do to bring the bus to a stop.
