Hours after Franken, GOP Rep. Trent Franks says he will resign too
Democratic Sen. Al Franken announced Thursday that he would resign, and hours later, Republican Rep. Trent Franks of Arizona said he would resign. Franks, who the House Ethics Committee said it would investigate, said he had asked two staffers to be surrogates. CBS News chief congressional correspondent Nancy Cordes reports from Capitol Hill.
