Historic phone call marks major breakthrough in U.S.-Iran relations

For the first time since 1979, the President of the United States spoke on the phone with the Iranian President. President Obama and Iranian President Hasan Rouhani spoke for about 15 minutes; afterward, Obama set a standard for Iran to meet to resolve the nuclear impasse. Major Garrett reports.
