GOP pushes bill to undo Obamacare insurance exchanges
In the weekly Republican address on Saturday, Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., suggested that the Affordable Care Act's insurance exchanges will not be implemented properly by the October deadline, pitching a bill to annul the exchanges if they're not ready.
