Georgia governor apologizes for storm chaos
Some of the 2,000 drivers forced to abandon their cars during Atlanta's winter storm spent Thursday getting them back, as Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal admitted he had not closely followed the forecast. Deal has extended a state of emergency through Sunday. CBS News correspondent Manuel Bojorquez reports.
