Gay groups may march in New York St. Patrick's Day Parade
A rule that prohibits gay groups from participating in the New York City St. Patrick's Day Parade has been lifted. The decision is a victory for gay-rights groups that have been protesting their exclusion from the parade since the 1990s. WCBS-TV's Tony Aiello reports.
