Garrett: U.S. "doesn't know what happened" with Snowden extradition
"The United States doesn't know what happened" with Hong Kong's decision to allow NSA leaker Edward Snowden to flee to Moscow, says CBS News chief White House correspondent Major Garrett, adding that the U.S. thought it put together a "really good" case for Snowden's extradition.
