Florida Keys issues mandatory evacuation as Irma approaches
Hurricane Irma continues to move toward Florida, where it is expected to turn north by Sunday. Where it turns will make a huge difference especially to areas like the Florida Keys, which are under a mandatory evacuation order. Traffic is heavy on U.S. Route 1, the only highway out.
