Florida homeowners rescued from torrential rain, flooding
About 60 million Americans are in the path of more severe weather. Flooding in central Florida forced evacuations Monday, as several people were rescued from fast-moving water. Grayson Kamm of Tampa affiliate WTSP reports from Elfers, one of the hardest hit areas.
