Family of Ohio inmate to sue over lengthy execution
The family of convicted murderer Dennis McGuire intends to sue the state of Ohio after their father's execution dragged on for over 15 minutes. Dennis McGuire Jr. and Amber McGuire believe their father suffered badly after being injected with an untested combination of lethal drugs. WHIO-TV's Mike Campbell reports.
