Explaining "lake-effect snow"

Half of the country is covered by snow with upstate New York seeing as much as 6 feet by the end of Wednesday. Meteorologist Danielle Niles of WBZ explains the bone-chilling phenomenon known as "lake-effect snow" causing this weather.
