Elon Musk to make electric cars affordable?
Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk says he hopes to make an affordable, long range electric car available to consumers in three to four years. For now, Tesla's Model S has received an honor once exclusive to gasoline-powered vehicles and the highest safety rating ever from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
