Did Obama administration pay $400M ransom to Iran?
The U.S. transferred $400 million to Iran last January, around the same time Iran freed four American prisoners. Now GOP members are accusing the Obama administration of paying the money as a ransom. The White House says the money was previously owed to Iran. Margaret Brennan has more.
