Detention center holding migrants without reason, advocates say
Many asylum-seekers who pose no threat to the U.S. are released while they await a hearing, some with GPS monitors. But advocates say that one detention center in Pennsylvania holds woman and children for months at a time without a clear reason. Anna Werner reports.
