Despite president's efforts, no stricter gun laws after tragedies

President Barack Obama said the nation was confronting "yet another mass shooting" with Monday's attack at the Washington Navy Yard. While the White House says the president continues to support "common sense measures" to reduce gun violence, it's unlikely Congress will act. Bill Plante reports.
