DOJ drops Apple lawsuit after bypassing encryption

The FBI says it has unlocked the San Bernardino gunman’s iPhone without help from Apple. The government Monday ended its high-stakes legal fight with the tech giant. FBI experts were able to access the data with help from a third party. Apple says the case should not have been brought.
