Defense secretary calls for military budget cuts
The Pentagon plans for cuts targeting the military. The recommendations include capping pay raises for troops, salary freezes for generals and admirals, cutting subsidies to commissaries, a hike in health care premiums, and smaller allowances for troop housing. Norah O'Donnell reports.
