Bribery scandal threatens highest levels of U.S. Navy
A contractor from Malaysia is accused of giving cash and other gifts to sailors, in exchange for classified information. Investigators say that intelligence allowed the contractor to overcharge the Navy for his company's services. CBS News national security correspondent David Martin reports it looks like the defense contractor at the center of the scandal is cooperating with investigators and is naming names and implicating more -- and higher-ranking -- officers.
