Boston suspect's family says he wasn't inspired by ISIS
The family of a man accused of planning an ISIS-inspired attack says he wasn't radicalized by terrorists. Usaamah Rahim was shot and killed Tuesday by a counter-terror task force during a confrontation. His nephew, David Wright, has been arrested and a third man is under questioning. Jeff Pegues reports.
