Bill de Blasio, newly elected mayor of New York City, met with outgoing Mayor Michael Bloomberg to discuss the transition of power. De Blasio, a liberal Democrat, promises to roll back the police tactic known as stop and frisk and bridge the gap between rich and poor. Scott Pelley reports.
