Arlington, Texas, officer fired after fatally shooting teen
Officer Brad Miller was fired from the Arlington Police Department after fatally shooting unarmed black teenager Christian Taylor. The police chief said Miller used "poor judgement." CBS News correspondent Omar Villafranca reports.
