American citizens evacuate South Sudan after four troops injured
U.S. troops rescued 380 U.S. officials and citizens from South Sudan on Sunday. President Obama has informed Congress he "may take further action, if necessary" in South Sudan. CBS News national correspondent Chip Reid reports.
