9/25: N.Y. Officials: No need to fear the subway; Denver students protest new changes to history curriculum
Some of New York's top officials assured its citizens that there was no reason to fear an attack on the City's subway system. Fear had engulfed the city after Iraq's Prime Minister stated that terrorists were plotting to strike an American subway system; and, hundreds of Denver-area students walked out of school to protest proposed changes to a new history curriculum in an advanced-placement class. Student say this is form of censorship.
