A new drug could change the way heart failure is treated. The drug, a combination of two others, works to rebalance the blood's chemistry and bring circulation back to normal; and, Abigail Caroll got into the oyster farming by accident. But now, she stands to gain a profit as the oyster harvest hits its sweet spot this summer.
