What could social media companies do to help prevent tragedies?

Threatening internet posts made by the Florida school shooting suspect put a spotlight on the role social media companies could play in preventing tragedies. A YouTube user says he contacted the FBI and YouTube in September when Nikolas Cruz apparently commented on a video, writing: "I'm going to be a professional school shooter." Wired editor-in-chief Nicholas Thompson joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss the "complicated tradeoffs" for media companies and protecting user privacy.
