Trump suggests "nuclear option" to pass Republican budget
The government shutdown forced President Trump to cancel a trip to Florida this weekend to mark his one-year anniversary in office. On Twitter, Mr. Trump suggested that Senate Republicans resort to the so-called "nuclear option" changing Senate rules to pass its own budget.
