Trump presents posthumous Medal of Honor to WWII vet
President Trump posthumously presented a Medal of Honor to Army intelligence officer First Lieutenant Garlin Conner for his bravery during World War II. Conner's widow, Pauline Conner, accepted the medal his behalf.
