Snow emergencies in Minneapolis & St. Paul
The weather has got to be really bad for the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul declare snow emergencies. Blizzards have made travel treacherous across the Midwest. In the south, millions are coping with record rain and deadly tornadoes. Meg Oliver reports.
