Schiff says deepfakes present "nightmarish" scenario for 2020
As the House Intelligence Committee held a hearing on the latest disinformation tactics, Chairman Adam Schiff expressed concerns that deepfakes and other types of artificial-intelligence-generated synthetic data pose a threat to the U.S. election system.
