Ohio Gov. John Kasich commutes the death sentence of a man convicted of two murders
Ohio Gov. John Kasich decided to commute the death sentence of Raymond Tibbetts, the man convicted of two 1997 murders. Tibbetts will now spend the rest of his life in prison, without the possibility of parole.
