Lead detective investigates, questions possible suicide at Leath residence
On March 13, 2003, Knox County Sheriff's Det. Perry Moyers responded to a call of a possible suicide. Raynella Leath says she discovered her husband David in their bedroom with a gunshot wound to his head. Moyers and other officers soon uncovered details at the scene that made them question whether they were investigating a suicide or a murder.
