Lawmakers reach "agreement in principle" to avoid another government shutdown

Congressional budget negotiators say they have an agreement in principle to avoid another partial government shutdown this weekend over President Trump's demand for a border wall. But we don't know if the president will accept that deal. He told supporters at a rally in El Paso, Texas, that a wall will make their lives better. Major Garrett reports.
