Fear of more rain in McAllen, Texas, after devastating flooding
Days of downpours in parts of Texas left some people stranded in homes surrounded by water. Emergency crews used helicopters, boats and even construction trucks to get people to safety. CBS News' Courtney Zubowski reports.
