Report: Justice Department secretly seized journalist's phone, email records
The New York Times said Thursday the Department of Justice secretly seized a year's worth of phone and email records of a national security reporter. Investigators were looking into her relationship with James Wolfe, a former Senate Intelligence Committee staffer.
