Dogs lead blind man to the finish line
President and CEO of Guiding Eyes for the Blind, Thomas Panek, made history by being the first blind man to complete the United New York City half marathon with guide dogs. A lifelong runner, Panek has completed marathons and half marathons with human guides. Don Dahler reports.
