DHS' Kirstjen Nielsen: Russia "absolutely" attempted to interfere in election
Speaking at the Aspen Security Forum in Colorado, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said that Russia has the "capability and will" to target the U.S. election system once again.
