Death toll rises from Texas and Oklahoma flooding

At least 28 people have died and 10 others have been missing for a week from the flooding in Texas and Oklahoma. Flood waters continue to rise and destroy homes as water becomes the enemy in the usually drought-stricken region. Don Dahler is in Dallas with more.
