Clashes & Curfews

Big Move
The International Fund for Animal Welfare said a group of nine elephants, including three young calves, were successfully darted and tranquilized and are enroute to the Majete Wildlife Reserve. The animal welfare organization says it has begun the relocation of more than 60 elephants in an effort to end conflict between the animals and villagers.
