Chief State Medical Examiner Wayne Carver confirmed on Monday what many had suspected since a woman's body was found Sunday stuffed behind a wall of a high-security Yale laboratory buidling where Le worked. Sunday was the day Le was scheduled to marry her fiance Jonathan Widawsky.
Police have now classified Le's case a homocide.
