According to the paper, Multnomah County court records show that 24-year-old Amanda Holt requested the separation from her husband of two years on Friday.

Jonathan Holt, 25, allegedly confessed to Oregon State Police that about five minutes after getting into Heichel's car on Oct. 16, he pulled a gun on her, had her drive to a nearby area called Roslyn Lake, forced her to perform oral sex on him, and then shot her.

During a brief court appearance Friday, Holt, was indicted on charges of kidnap, robbery and sodomy. He was charged earlier with aggravated murder.
