(CBS) - Today in "What do you mean I need to learn how to microwave?" We live in a confusing world. Even the simplest of household appliance have untold depth and mystery. Take the microwave. Where in the microwave do you place your food or drink? If you said, "The middle," then THIS VIDEO might be the MOST IMPORTANT thing you watch ALL DAY. "Life-changing" doesn't even come close.

Exaggerations, we've got them. Seriously though, we're always fans of science demonstrations - especially when they actually apply to our lives. Who's putting their day old Chinese food in the middle of the microwave? Not this guy!
