(CBS) - In the animal kingdom, the Chihuahua is like the young Hollywood starlet. Petite, attractive, easy to mock, but also stylish and oddly alluring. Take this Chihuahua, for instance, who not only dresses up for a day out, but rides around on the back of a tortoise! Didn't you know? Tortoise riding is so in this year.
