ORLANDO, Fla. (CBS/AP) Tiger Woods has successfully skirted one trap. The $100 million man must pay $165 to settle a careless driving citation, the less-than-dramatic conclusion of a Florida Highway Patrol investigation into the Nov. 27 SUV crash outside Woods' Florida home.

Maj. Cindy Williams of the Florida Highway Patrol made the announcement during a press conference Tuesday Dec. 1, 2009.

Maj. Williams told reporters that this would close the investigation and that no criminal charges would be pursued. Maj. Williams also made a point of saying that the investigation was conducted just like any other investigation, with no consideration of Woods' celebrity status.

While the investigation into Woods' bad driving habits may be over, the media frenzy over his personal life is not.

New York nightlife promoter Rachel Uchitel has spent the last week denying tabloid rumors that she had an affair with Woods.

Now, "US Weekly" has reportedly dug up another alleged mistress, Jamie Grubbs, 24, who claims she had an ongoing relationship with Woods and that she has the voice mails to back it up.

According to a patrol accident report, Woods crashed his SUV into a fire hydrant and a tree at 2:25 a.m. Friday. The airbags did not deploy and Woods' wife told Windermere police she used a golf club to smash the back windows to help him out.

Tabloid speculation has focused on whether Woods and his wife were fighting before the accident. The crash came two days after The National Enquirer published a story alleging that Woods had been seeing Uchitel. She has denied the affair outright to the Associated Press, the New York Post and Blackbook Magazine.

Woods withdrew Monday from his own golf tournament, citing injuries from the crash, and now facing a $165 fine. According to Sports Illustrated, Woods tops their "Fortunate 50" list earning an astronomical $112 million in endorsements and winnings this past year.
