Thief's baggy pants are his downfall (literally)

(CBS) - Much has been said deriding the fashion phenomenon of low-riding, baggy pants. I'm not a fan of the style (and feel the same way about skinny jeans), and the following video only reinforces my opinion.

Watch as a thief finds baggy pants to be the downfall (literally) to his escape in the above video.

The attempted theft turned FAIL occurred in Lake Wales, Fla. on April 27, 2011, and Polk County Sheriff's deputies are still looking for the man caught on tape trying to steal two cases of Bud Light.
