Sweet holiday drinks to skip, and pick

Part of the holiday spirit comes in the form of seasonal beverages, whether it's a cocktail at a party or a coffee drink to warm up a cold day.

However, some of these favorite winter drinks may be packed with more fat, calories and sugar than most desserts.
