"Some men are coming to kill us," Bond says in the clip. "We're going to kill them first."

The film, directed by Sam Mendes, also stars Judi Dench (reprising her role as M), Ralph Fiennes and Javier Bardemas the latest villain. There's also a shot of one of the new Bond girls, played by actress Naomie Harris, giving the British superspy a very affectionate-looking shave.

The trailer doesn't reveal much about the plot, but it does show lots of action sequences, gun shots and explosions.

"Skyfall" arrives in theaters on Nov. 9.
