(CBS/AP) LAS VEGAS - Shauna Diane Miller, a 26-year-old strip club dancer, pleaded not guilty to felony DUI charges Monday in a crash that killed a 33-year-old man in March, the Las Vegas Sun reports.

Prosecutors allege Miller had a blood-alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit and a marijuana level more than five times the legal threshold when she plowed her Hummer H2 into a Ford Escort carrying 33-year-old James Joseph White and his 2-year-old son at around 7:30 a.m. on March 23, 2013.

White died and his 2-year-old son, who was in the back seat, sustained bruises and a skull fracture, according to the paper.

Records reportedly indicate White was less than two blocks from his home when the accident took place.

Miller reportedly told investigators she took Xanax and drank beers during her overnight work shift at Spearmint Rhino, a nearby gentleman's club.

The case has a December 9th trial date.
