They got to see the day's "Chef on a Shoestring," Scott Peacock, of The Watershed Restaurant in Decatur, Ga., go through his paces preparing his fare for the show -- . After his segment, Del Conte got his thoughts on how it went.
She also spoke with other guests, but for the most part, stood back and enabled viewers to get a good look inside the world of live, national TV.
In most markets, The Early Show Saturday Edition airs from seven-to-nine o'clock in the morning.
