Sandra Bullock, Jesse James Lose Latest Round in Custody Battle with Porn Star Janine Lindemulder

And this time, Lindemulder comes out on top. The former nude model now gets daily phone calls to her 6-year-old daughter, Sunny.
The three have been fighting a contentious custody battle for years. James has had sole guardianship since Lindemulder, an adult actress with more than 100 movies under her belt, was jailed for tax evasion in 2008.

No visitation rights were granted during a Monday court hearing, Orange County Superior Court spokeswoman Carol Levitzky told E! Online. The next plot point comes June 14 when both James and Lindemulder are ordered to undergo joint monthly counseling.
Lindemulder served a 6-month jail sentence after prosecutors say she failed to pay $200,000 in taxes owed to the IRS, according to E!. She got out last July.

Since her release, James has been determined not to let his ex-wife gain custody of their daughter, because, according to court papers, he feared she would be exposed to "pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments."
Lindemulder started her film career in B movies and appeared in a soft porn film, "Caged Fury," alongside non-porn actor Erik Estrada, according to IMDB.com. She has posed for Playboy and Penthouse. Recently, she has shifted away from the adult industry.

Bullock, who has no biological children, has said she relishes her role as stepmom to James' three kids. "I may never hear that word 'mom.' But being a parent is not about breeding. It's about caring," she told CBS affiliate KOIN-TV.
