Reports: Miley Cyrus dating Victoria's Secret model Stella Maxwell
Are Miley Cyrus and Victoria's Secret Angel Stella Maxwell an item?
The New York Daily News reveals that the singer and the supermodel have been dating since Cyrus split with Patrick Schwarzenegger in March.
The two reportedly linked up at the South by Southwest festival in Austin and then hopped over to Las Vegas together for some sun and sin. Although the model, 24, had joked in an interview with V Magazine last month that she found the "Wrecking Ball" singer, 22, on the gay dating app Grindr, in actuality the two had allegedly been introduced by Cyrus' best friend and assistant Cheyne Thomas who said "it was love at first sight," between Cyrus and Maxwell.
Over the past few months candid photos of the two have shown up on their Instagram feeds. Maxwell even nursed Cyrus after the singer had her wisdom teeth pulled in March and Cyrus posted a grateful, if not slurred, message to her social media.
"Nurse @cheythom & Dr. @stellamaxwell took goooood currrr of me & muah pearly whites."
Cyrus has been very vocal, and visual, about her ambiguous sexuality of late. She recently did an anti-glamorous nude photo shoot for Paper magazine, as well as a series of interviews about how she had been exploring her sexual identity starting at 14.
"There are times in my life where I've had boyfriends or girlfriends," she told Time magazine, "And there are times where I just love being with myself and don't want to give part of myself away to someone else ... I think that's a new freedom for women, especially."
